I had the absolute best experience with Upper Marlboro Ford! I visited several dealership while looking for a vehicle. Each of those dealerships would get me to come in and then when we began to discuss Ford! I visited several dealership while looking for a vehicle. Upper Marlboro had the car we discussed ready for me when I arrived. The salesman was so helpful! The General Manager was fantastic and worked with me to find a price that fit my budge. Now lets get to financing, Tyrone worked with me until I could afford the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Then he called back because he thought I might qualify for a better rate (I prequalified with my bank) sure enough, he did. It dropped by monthly payments by $20. Can't say enough great things about the dealership! More

The Dealership is selling cars with transmission issues, not only the first sell but trying to correct the issue, the second sell as well, horrible.
