I had my car in 3 weeks prior to bringing it in the second time. I was charged the first time for a diagnostic test and they told me they just needed to update the modules. Three weeks later my car was second time. I was charged the first time for a diagnostic test and they told me they just needed to update the modules. Three weeks later my car was completely dead again. I charged my brand new battery and took it back to the dealer. After running the diagnostic test again they told me the trunk latch was keeping the electric running even when the car was shut off. They had to order the part and I asked for a courtesy car which was not available immediately. I took my car home for the day and put it back on the charger. The next day Austin contacted me and let me know they had a courtesy car available. I was having an issue with tire which had a slow leak. They told me there was a nail in the sidewall which was not repairable. I had them replace my tires. The part finally came in on Friday and they fixed it and I was able to pick it up on Saturday morning. Austin assured me that this was the issue and that my car is fixed now. It has been 3 days so my fingers are crossed that it will be ok now More

From concierge scheduling (Antwan) to valet driver (Larry) I was kept updated. The service tech, sorry forgot his name, was very professional and polite. Overall the service was good. I appreciated the service rep suggesting I could use my Ford points and I took advantage of this. First took my car to Waukesha dealership ? ?. After 3 hours they 'couldn't get to it' in a timely fashion. So I called you. You could help me, but were closing early due to weather. So I raced ?. But the door was open and a kid was there. He was very nice and said they would take care of me. He realized I needed to be at your repair shop near the post office. So he called to make sure they could take care of me. Once there, Steve got me right in. They replaced the gear shift battery, but said they needed another part they needed to order. So I ordered it. Again Tuesday AM had problems with the gear shift, but luckily was able to get it going and came directly to the repair shop. Luckily, the part had come in. They got me right in. The repair was done more quickly than I expected, so I was able to get to my afternoon appointment early! More
