Overall worked was performed at a good value for the oil change and tire rotation. Service also did a Sync update. Service rep noticed this was the first time getting an oil change on the new focus and of change and tire rotation. Service also did a Sync update. Service rep noticed this was the first time getting an oil change on the new focus and offered to find a first time discount at check in. When paying the invoice, nothing was mentioned to recieve a free oil change or discount. Most dealer ships offer a free oil change on the first visit. More
