I had to return for the same problem which they did correct. Not enough communication and I asked to have my license plate screwed in and it was not done. I was disappointed correct. Joe was very communicative and professional to work with. Not all of the repairs could be done in one visit and he made it so I could use my car in between trips. Not all of the repairs could be done in one visit and he made it so I could use my car in between trips. More
Recently I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Included with this was supposed to be a several point inspection. The oil change was covered by Ford Reward Points that I had accumulated because of Included with this was supposed to be a several point inspection. The oil change was covered by Ford Reward Points that I had accumulated because of body work I had done at thier service center in the past. When I brought my vehicle in I expressed to them that my vehicle was not quite ready for an oil change but that I was having it done because I believed i was having issue with possible wheel bearings. I asked them to please be focused on the suspension and the bearings. After the oil change they told me the suspension and bearings were fine. I was aware that my tires were a little high in pressurre. After the oil change I brought the vehicle back, spoke with the service manager and told him I had concerns that since there was no notification that my tire pressure was addressed that I had concerns about the suspension and bearing inspection since I had asked them to please be focused on the bearings. The service manager brought the car back in and it was put up on the lift. Again I was told that there was no issues with the bearings or suspension. I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic and had it inspected, sure enough the right front bearings were shot. Mind you, they had been replaced less than 2 years prior and my mechanic covered the repair for free under warranty. I was lied to twice, initially when I brout the vehicle in for oil change, and then again when I returned it for another inspection due to my concerns, only to find out that yes my bearings were shot and needed to be replaced. I will get my one time left of an oil change here, but that will be the end of my realtionship with this dealer regarding service or sales. More
