I have been hunting a Ford Edge Titanium for a while. I had seen on CarGuru a vehicle but it did not have any pictures. I reached out on a whim to ask for a video tour of the vehicle since they only just g had seen on CarGuru a vehicle but it did not have any pictures. I reached out on a whim to ask for a video tour of the vehicle since they only just got it. Within a hour I had been contacted and had a full video walk around. Brian Slovachek sent me the video and even sent it over email just to make sure I got it. He was super responsive and put up with my dozens of emails. He had it prepped for us to test drive when we got there early and took his time with us even when we encroached on his other appointment. It took us a tiny bit of time to complete the vehicle transaction because we had to find the right paperwork, but everyone was transparent, direct, and focused. Definitely made the experience less intimidating for a first time vehicle buyer! More

Made an appointment through the service desk and also requested that they come to the house to pick up the vehicle. Driver was on time as requested, and took the vehicle to the dealership for service. Th requested that they come to the house to pick up the vehicle. Driver was on time as requested, and took the vehicle to the dealership for service. Three hours later, service was completed and vehicle returned to the house. Doesn't get any easier or safer than that. Always courteous, service done right the first time, and car cleaner than when it left. My expectations are high. Uptown Motors is the place to go! More
