Jessica was courteous, helpful and professional as always. While I was waiting for the work to be completed I struck up a conversation with a sales rep, Davario Raines. He understood that I wasn't looking to replace my vehicle soon since I have 18 months left on my lease. He was very knowledgeable about current models as well as proposed future models. It was a very relaxed and comfortable conversation. Just like I was talking to a member of my family. I cannot say enough good things about Uptown. More
