Tire disaster I have had service worked preformed for years at this dealership and usually quite happy. This time however a simple purchase of new tires turned into I have had service worked preformed for years at this dealership and usually quite happy. This time however a simple purchase of new tires turned into a disaster. After double checking with service and parts to be sure the requested tires were being installed I get to the dealer to pick up the vehicle only to find they installed the wrong tires. After lengthy conversation I am told they are unable to get the right tires. They sell this vehicle and can't get tires that fit! Ultimately the old tires are put back on and 2 days later I am back in my vehicle with worn tires. You might think that's the end of it but no. After inspecting my car I notice that someone went a little crazy with the impact wrench and they destroyed on of the rims. As you can imagine these are very expensive rims, not your 1970's steel rims you can replace for $70. So now I am stuck with a damaged rim and the same old tires I went to have replaced in the first place. Thanks for nothing Uptown, I will be taking by business elswhere going forward. More
