First visit Drove in, no one was there, sat in car for about 5 minutes or so until a tech said to go inside. Waited several more minutes for the guy at the computer to finish his phone conversation, talk to a tech about a missing key, finish a previous order and then finally get to me. Over all it tool 15-20 minutes just to drop my car off. Everything else was fine. More
