I went in to diagnose a noise from my wheels, I thought it was a bad CV joint, Brian found out I had a noisy wheel bearing. It turned out to be rusted to the hub and axle. The technician and the service te it was a bad CV joint, Brian found out I had a noisy wheel bearing. It turned out to be rusted to the hub and axle. The technician and the service tech did their part to keep me informed and even helped me prepare for the worst case scenario regarding cost. I like the honest approach they used and gave me options if I wanted to (and how I wanted to) proceed. In the end the bill was not as much as it could have been, and they even worked with me to give me the best rate possible, since I did not expect to pay for repairs totaling over 650.00. I think all in all, the way I was treated and the service I received was top of the line. Thank you Uptown. More
