My wife was going on a long trip with our Navigator after my return from a trip that put our miles over the recommended oil change. Austin took excellent care of me when I arrived for my service appointment. After completing the oil change and inspection, as I suspected, Austin let me know that the tires should be replaced soon. He shared with me printed information on tire choices and consulted with me, making it easy for me to make my decision. The oil change was completed in the time frame both Gio and Austin shared with me. The receptionist also took good care of me. From purchasing my Navigator to the service I have received, Uptown is outstanding. More

Went in for oil change. That didn't not take long. My complaint was when my vehicle was brought to the front it sat there for at least 15 minutes.
