This is my second car to get from them, the price was a lot less than any other dealership, the search process, the quote, the ease of signing the documents, and receiving the car was just amazing. It took me let than 15 minutes to sign all the documents and to receive the car.They got all the info ahead of time through emails and text messages, on the appointment, everything was just ready for me to sign and to receive the car. Two things made me happy this time: First, they got me the exterior and the interior colors I wanted with more options than I needed, because they have several sources to search for cars for their customers, unlike other dealers who want to sell you the car they have in their inventory (or will order it and wait 2-3 months). Second, I was given a rebate on the car, after all the discounts and great price I got, I thought this was already included in the discounted price, but the sales person told me that this was an additional rebate on top of all the discounts I received. I ended up settling on a Nissan Altima because of the great deal I got for the money. These guys did everything for me, and the best part about it, was that I did everything over the phone! Most dealerships kept asking me to come in before giving me any solid quotes, which is a shady tactic in itself. I will never go anywhere else. This is the best place I've been to yet, and I've leased at least 10 cars in my life. They are the real deal with no b.s. Involved. Michael was a great help ALL AROUND. Thank you! More

Easiest transaction ever! Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I had a week to get a new car before I had to turn in my rental car. I knew I wanted a new Mercedes but dreaded the sales pitch and protracted negotiation that would undoubtedly ensue. I went to 2 local dealers on a Saturday with my wife and wasted 4 hours of my life to get a ridiculously high price on the car I wanted from both dealers. I hate the game. I told a friend about my experience and he recommended David Hazan at VIP Auto. I called David on Monday and he sourced the vehicle for me and gave me a rock bottom price (BETTER THAN I THOUGHT WAS EVER POSSIBLE) and we closed the deal on Tuesday. The car was delivered to my house the following week and the product specialist went over ever detail of the car with me, programmed my garage door opener, my phone and set all my preferences and seat/mirror details! It was beyond easy and I would highly recommend David. More
