I recently returned to VIP Honda in North Plainfield, NJ to purchase my second Honda Accord , since my experience was positive the first time buying there. We found her to be very interested in determining what our best interests were in obtaining a new vehicle, as opposed to trying to sell us what she wanted to sell. She went out of her way to introduce us to the owner of the dealership and then worked diligently to get us what we feel was the best deal possible on our new 2014 Accord. After the sale, following up with her was a pleasure as she was always easily reached by phone, was very thorough with working out all the details and our vehicle was ready and waiting when promised. I would highly recommend Janet as THE sales consultant to contact as she was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and just a pleasure to do business with. More

I bought a used toyota solara convertible about 6 weeks ago. Robert was the sales manager that I dealt with. He was very nice and worked with me on the price of my trade. I was very pleased with the experience..Unfortunately the car had a problem with the passenger door and I had to bring it back to be fixed the first week I had it. Well a few weeks later the door problem came back, parts were needed..I went back to see Robert and he was very gracious and said he would have the car taken care of.. Two days later I got my car back, the door is working fine. I find it very refreshing to deal with someone who is willing to work with the consumer and stand by his sale. Thank you! More
