I am very pleased with the customer service at vp auto sales. When i got in a car accident 3 weeks after i bought my car, they worked very hard to put me in the same car I had an accident in. The process was quick and easy. The fact that they follow up by offering towing, repairs and even insurance as needed is a big factor in choosing a dealership. I just purchased my second car from VP. I paid off my first car about a year ago. I paid on it for 3 years and its still running great. I just purchased my second car and look forward to being able to first car about a year ago. I paid on it for 3 years and its still running great. I just purchased my second car and look forward to being able to make payments on line, have service peformed when needed and great customer relations. Oh, I should also note that I needed work on my first car this summer and even though it was paid off VP still took it in checked it out and told me exactly what was needed. They even gave me an estimate. This was so helpfull because as a woman its hard to get an honest deal on auto repairs. With my VP evaluation of my car, I was able to shop around and make only the needed repairs. Love this place! More

I am currently a second round customer with VP. I've no reason to speak ill of them from either experience! My first time was 4 years ago, lil ole salesman was there in the orignal office. I was nervous be reason to speak ill of them from either experience! My first time was 4 years ago, lil ole salesman was there in the orignal office. I was nervous becasue I didnt have allot down and needed a car, just a plain simple car. I left with a very nice SUV instead and was very pleased. Paid it off and went back almost two years ago and traded in my first one for my now second car. Again, I've not one issue with it. Yes, there's been mechanical things here and there but it is USED, noting I wouldnt expect if I bought it brand new and drove it to its current milage. It comes with anything you buy used :) I most recently had found out I needed routine front end work done. It was a little more than I could afford all at once but VP came to the resuce as promised when i bought it. In and out in just two days, no complaints. KUDOS to Brandon, my salesman, Graham for making my purchasing and repairs go smooth and Gloria for maintaininga great service department!! More
