Hello Taisha, I have reviewed your account records, service records and spoken to the technicians who performed the repairs on your vehicle. You purchased your vehicle on 10/22/11. You brought your vehicle into our shop for service the first time on 12/1/2011. During that service visit we fixed, FREE OF CHARGE, your A/C circulation cable & A/C knobs, your door lock switch, your master window switch, a motor mount, your power window switch and performed a front brake service job. In total, you received $490 worth of service parts and labor, absolutely free. During that service visit we placed you in a loaner vehicle, also free of charge. You did not contact us again for service until March 2012, a wait of almost five months. My Service Manager Gloria attempted to schedule an appointment for you, but you would not set one as we could not guarantee a loaner vehicle for that day. Our loaner vehicles, which are a courtesy of the dealership, are first come first serve. We are always happy to place our customers into a free loaner vehicle, however if they are all spoken for, we must schedule your service appointment for a time when one is available. This week, when you did bring your vehicle in my technicians diagnosed DIFFERENT issues than your original December service appointment. Your A/C compress has expired and a DIFFERENT motor mount needs to be replaced. Mrs. Evans, some service is to be expected on a 1996 Sebring in 2012. At this point you have had a fully operational, quality vehicle for six months which you have not had to come out of pocked one penny for maintenance. Used vehicles are sold as-is. This is clearly covered during the contract signing. We have already provided you with $490 in free service on the vehicle. We would be happy to offer you a discounted repair and a no interest loan on this or any future service repairs. We are here to help and to keep your vehicle operational, however we cannot pay for all of the required maintenance on your vehicle. After evaluating the situation, I must stand with my staff. You have received excellent customer service, loaner vehicles and $490 in free service. We have offered additional loaner and a no charge installment plan for your service repairs. We have and will continue to attempt to make you a happy customer, however it is unfair for you to expect VP Auto Sales to fund standard maintenance on your 1996 Chrysler Sebring.

We are sorry hear about your negative experience. In this instance, the underwriter uncovered a conflict between what was stated on the original credit application the credit report. We did not not decline your loan because of this conflict. All of our loans are discussed with the understand that terms are *with approved credit only. An increase in down payment is a mechanism for overcoming a lacking situation in credit. This is why you were asked to increase your down payment.
