The salesman was polite and professional. The manager and geral manager tried to intimidate and coerce me into settling for a low ball price on my trade in. I'll never even consider this dealership again. More

When I bought my Used 2008 Jetta there was a misunderstanding about the price, which I understand was an honest mistake. I was told by the salesman that my oil changes would be free of charge and that they were only needed every 10k miles, which both were lies. I was also told by him that the Ipod connector would be free, then when I went back to get it, they wanted to charge me $20 (to which the salesman paid for out of his wallet-shady). Then they asked me about four different times to give them a good survey result, which I thought was very unprofessiona. If you want a straight shooting sales team, this is not the place. I feel taken advandtage of and deceived. If it wasnt for the Jetta that I fell in love with, this would be a terrible experience all around. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY!!!!! More

Best buying experience ever! I've had a harder time buying a lap top! I'm the proud owner of a new 2011 GTI and Mat made it happen!! It was quick and painless. I went to other dealerships and the same car was more money, they never told me about incentives and rebates, that's if I was even given the time of day! Mat knew his stuff, he was honest from the start. Everyone one at the dealership was friendly. I took my car in cause I thought something was up with it. Mat gave me a ride to work and picked me back up after he had someone look at it. Luckily it was something stupid, I didn't put the gas cap on right. Now that's service! He personally gave me a ride and made sure my car ok after I already bought it! Last place I bought my car from the guy gave me the keys and I never heard from him. Then when I took it in for something he pointed me to service as if I was wasting his time with my problem. Very poor experience, first time I bought a car from a dealership, I thought I did enough research, but still completely ripped off, on price and trade-in value. Was not allowed to give as much of a down dealership, I thought I did enough research, but still completely ripped off, on price and trade-in value. Was not allowed to give as much of a down payment as I wanted, Car itself passed their inspection, but I keep finding more problems with it, including problems with the battery, brakes, oil filtration system, transmission and oil leaks. I bought the car with a warranty but it appears the dealership is reluctant to do anything about my problems. I can not stress enough that people should not deal with this dealership and due to the lack of help from VW America I think buying any Volkswagen product is a huge mistake. More
