poor service I made an appointment for my truck for the following day and did it online. I specifically wrote what needed to be done to the truck. A few hours later, I was called by a woman service writer and we specifically went over everything that I needed completed. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early. I stood by the door at service for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. It seemed busy but there was only one customer besides myself in the service office. The office had 3 people there that were on the phone and trying to look busy. The scruffy face white male service writer finally acknowledge me and asked the black male service writer to help me. He asked if I was there for an oil change and when I said no he continue to look at his computer and nothing else was said by him. I waited 10 more minutes and the white female service writer asked me if I was there for an oil change. When I said no, she turned around and started looking at her computer and nothing else was said. So after another 10 minutes the scruffy faced white guy came back in and he asked both of them why I have not been helped. They both said, " Well, he is not here for an oil change" in unison. So he asked me what I was there for and I said, " service and I have an appointment. " he continued with, "we are busy." After a few more minutes, since he saw I was not going to leave he finally asked me my name. He looked up the appointment and stated that we are not going to repair any of these items and if your vehicle stays here with us we will charge you a lot of money and not fix any of the problems with the truck. Of course I left! More

Disappointed I found a truck via CarGurus, the internet sales person was on point with communication and information, I set up an appointment to view and test driv I found a truck via CarGurus, the internet sales person was on point with communication and information, I set up an appointment to view and test drive the truck, even emailed them when I was on the way. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived. Truck was not pulled around waiting, it was filthy dirty with 3 major cosmetic issues that I was not made aware of, or of which was supposedly the dealers fault. (A broke mirror, body damage to a fender, and the front bumper out of alignment) The tires were not even aired up to sufficient amount after going through their "rigorous" inspection! There was also a Disabling accident on the CarFax. This dealer has the LongHorn Ram listed at its full value, not taking into consideration it has not been able to be sold since it was originally traded in, was purchased at Auction, and was taken away from the accident by tow truck. The Sales Team had no understanding of my concerns and made embarrassing negotiations with me, the let me walk after only a few short minutes. BEWARE! Some of their vehicles might not be as true as they claim! More

Relaxing I like the service dept personnel. They are very courteous with everyone that comes through the doors. I've had problems with Coastal a few years ago I like the service dept personnel. They are very courteous with everyone that comes through the doors. I've had problems with Coastal a few years ago when I owned a Tahoe. I am pleased with the service I get now. More
