ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED IN VADEN NISSAN! I purchased a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder 2 weeks ago and embarked on one of the most disappointing journeys ever. I HOPE this review prevents anyone else I purchased a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder 2 weeks ago and embarked on one of the most disappointing journeys ever. I HOPE this review prevents anyone else having to experience this! I was there later in the day and for hours. Had a sales girl that had absolutely NO idea what she was doing and had her sales manager working with her the whole time to help because she was so lost. Went specifically to purchase the Armada and was told for hours we could and within the payment we wanted. Around 8pm that night the sales manager said it would be $250 more per month than originally stated, absolutely NOT! Wanted to leave and felt pressured into purchasing a 2026 Pathfinder that I expressed I did not want, but my fault I ended up doing so. I'm in sales and I expressed to EVERYONE that being hooked up to wifi and hotspot in the vehicle was a must! ( made this clear because the sales girl told me only people with AT&T could hook up to wifi) sales manager said she did not understand an you could hook up with any carrier. Again I made it clear that I absolutely needed this every day for my job!!! I was sent home, told come back the next day to get a detailing,Gas fill up and for them to show me how to use the infotainment center and make sure wifi was hooked up, because it was now 9 pm at night. Called, let my sales girl know I would be there in an hour and half the next day as told to do. Showed up, she walked right by me, never acknowledged me once. The sales manager saw me, took my keys,said he would have it detailed and 15 minutes later the detailing department brought my keys and car back to me,NOT DETAILED but ran through the car wash.I looked around for my sales team to be told they were both busy. I did not get any help or get done what was promised .Another girl came out to my car to help me set up my wifi to find out it would not hook up. I immediately told the sales manager I wanted to cancel this deal and wanted my old car back, it was not even 24 hours later and he told me I could not do that. He said he would try and help fix the wifi connection. I noticed other things not working. My apple car play voice texting and calls were not working correctly, the free satellite radio does not work, the radio sometimes does not work and the whole infotainment center turns off periodically. I called Nissan help number from my car and was escalated to tech support and told, THERE IS AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH ALL 2026 NISSAN PATHFINDERS INFOTAINMENT CENTER they have known about and do not know when there will be a fix for it. I have called and left many many messages at Nissan.The sales manager I had worked with completely stopped responding to me. I have requested 6 different times with different people and eft messages on their voicemail to have the General Manager call me. They have not til this day cared enough to give me a call back. The only person that has shown care to try and help is Nick,service manager, who contacted Nissan corporate to try and get help for me only to get an email back from them stating they know there is an ongoing issue with all 2026 Pathfinders infotainment systems not working and have no idea of a timeline on when these will be fixed. Thats it!! Still no call from GM or contact from anyone else. They sold the car and made their money and have not one care in the world how this affects their customer or affects my job. I asked several times to give the car back and get my old car back and they refuse. I called Ally bank who the loan is through. They advised that I have not made the 1st payment and it is not due for almost a month that I need to request Nissan to cancel the contract.Of course I cannot get anyone to call me back. Just finished my third free oil change & they charged me $25 for fuel additive. Nissan does not require that, especially, for only 11,500 miles. They also charged me $35 for tire rotation. I knew about the tire rotation, but was surprised about the fuel addition. I should have known, it is the Vaden Way. More
I would have given a half star if I could. I told them not to run the credit check since they did not have the vehicle I was interested in. Got an email saying a hard inquiry was on my credit even after I asked them not to. Very pushy and an unpleasant experience altogether. Will definitely steer anyone away from such antics. Beware of switch bait!!! More
Had my truck for service bc of a light that turns on. They couldn’t find what is wrong with the truck . The service is not good , they might be missing stuff I don’t know but the service is just bad!!! I also bought a truck here a few years back and had a really bad experience with seller not keeping the promise of upgrades in the truck as promised prior to signing the loan , the Brand new Nissan armada truck had many electric issues needed software updates that the corporation didn’t even have. So for $90k you should be ashamed of yourself. Nissan do better! Never again! More

What makes it bad is that I reported it the day of and also called at least 6 times leaving messages and also talking to people who claimed they were going to get back with me and never did and now I have to replace my windshield because they failed to inspect my car properly before pickup and they literally had the nerve to put the blame on someone else😅 Typical More
Worst dealership team I’ve ever dealt with. We bought a vehicle here from out of state. The team was supposed to get everything set up for the state of Illinois. Well the team completely ghosted us on the info and what we needed. We have been trying to get answers for over a week and no response from Sean the finance manager, no response from Josh a sales manger. They got their money from us and now we are nothing to them. Horrible customer service after the sell. We traveled 13 hours to get the vehicle and now we are put on the back burner. Do better!!! More

Paid $3500 and was gone pay the rest later that week. But come to find out no one wanted to insure the vehicle because it’s been reported missing and they tryna say it was and didn’t wanna give the money back it was less than 24 hours. Little do they know we will get the money back when this dealership start to go down look at the employees them burnt mf need to find them another job cause they are not there to help you. Period. Never buy a car from them. More

YOU CANNOT TRUST ANYONE!! Not even the sales Manager (Daniel) or Finance Manager (Sean). I was looking to upgrade my 21 Rogue to a 24 Pathfinder. I have dealt with the Nissan dealership closest to my house since 2011, but for some reason just couldn’t get this deal to really work in my favor, so I looked out to other dealerships. One being Vaden. I have to admit that he catered to all my needs. He asked me what all i was looking for in the Pathfinder and where did i want to be as far as my payment was concerned. And I told him from the beginning that I did not want to increase my payment. So he assured me that he could get me more for my trade and get me into a pathfinder without increasing my payment. So after several texts back and forth for 2 days (Wed& Thurs) we came to an agreed price and terms. Then Sean (finance manager) even emailed the loan documents to us so that way we didn’t have to do any paperwork in the dealership. That way all we would have to do is drive 1-1/2 hour there (Sat) trade my Rogue for the Pathfinder and drive the Pathfinder home. But then Sean emailed the documents to us (Thurs) he called and asked if we wanted to add Gap and extended warranty. I told him no. So Thurs we signed the documents via esign and all we had to do was go on Sat and trade out the vehicles. So just for peace of mind I called my insurance Fri morning and asked him about the GAP. He strongly advised to get it. So I texted Sean first thing Fri morning and told him we changed our mind that we wanted to add GAP and warranty even though it would increase our payment. And I waited about 2 hours with no response. Not even an ok, I’ll call you back. Not, an ok! I’m busy. Nothing!. So I texted Daniel to tell him I had texted Sean and why. Daniel said, he would tell Sean to add it to the loan. But that they were really busy and that is why Sean didn’t respond. I didn’t care for why. He could have took a second to have at least acknowledged my text. So after about another hour or 2 I sent Sean another text telling him that I understood they were busy but that if he would just make that change to the documents and email them to us again that he could just send me a text saying that they have been sent and that we would sign them then I could text Daniel and let him know that we signed them. That way everything would be done and ready for Sat. Then again no response from Sean, so I texted Daniel to tell him that I had sent Sean that text and he had not responded. And again, Daniel texted me back saying how crazy busy they were and that in fact Sean had a customer in his office at that moment. And how Sean has to take the customers in front of him first. And being in customer Service Management for 30 years I agreed that working with those in front of you are important though you still don’t neglect those who call. They are still just as important. So I told him that due to the lack of service I was receiving that I thought I might have to go see the Woody Folsom dealership by my house before going to them to pick up the car. if that did not change everything. Daniel was all willingly helpful then. How can he help me? Why do I want to go there? He explained how busy they were. Blah blah!blah! So on Saturday morning I went to the other dealership and showed them the loan documents that I signed from Vaden and they matched all of Vaden’s numbers.. I got the same for my trade. I got the same for the Pathfinder, same terms. In fact, the loan terms were even better than Vaden. Daniel was blowing up my phone while I was at the other dealership. After we signed the loan documents at Nissan by my house, traded vehicles and all. It was a done deal.vaden let the sale go through even after we bought it from the one by my house. Vaden told Nissan USA that they gave me a loaner Rogue and was waiting on me to return it before canceling the Pathfinder sale. More
