Main sales person (Eric) stopped communicating with us once deal finalized - didn't return phone calls, didn't call back when he promised re: relatively minor issues with the car that were brought to his once deal finalized - didn't return phone calls, didn't call back when he promised re: relatively minor issues with the car that were brought to his attention even before we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Gen'l Sales Mgr. Josh initially tried to brush off issue identified. When Eric stopped communication, we got independent estimate to fix the issue identified. It was over $100, and I was NOT going to pay this out of pocket for an issue identified before we agreed to purchase the car. I was through with trying to work with Eric. Brittany Brown very understanding when I went back to dealership to seek resolution. Sales Mgr Carl Murray took ownership of the problem when Brittany approached him with the problem. Carl provided an acceptable solution. (I would take vehicle to body shop that provided estimate; Vaden would pay body shop directly up to amount provided in estimate). Today, body shop had difficulty getting through to Vaden to seek payment - I had to returned to Vaden to get someone to contact body shop to complete payment. Josh Tilley (who apparently approved the resolution when Carl took the issue to him) seemed "put off" today that I was there to get someone to contact the body shop. Issue resolved, but I should not have had to go to this much effort myself to resolve it. More
Latasha Brown is a wonderful and caring “sales “ person! I took my Rouge into the Service Dept. She saw me and ask if she could help me. I told her I needed a new tag cover. She was so thoughtful and kind . She went out of her way to please me. She ordered a beautiful, special tag cover , had it delivered the next day to my house!! WOW! Awesome ! More

Telly was amazing, always focused on what I needed and not what she could sell. Telly did not once make me feel like I was a sale. Rather I felt represented - that she always had my best interests. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process… and to top it off she was very pleasant. She ran around efficiently coordinating everyone at Vaden to make sure my purchase went smoothly. She sat with me in the car and educated me on the features and even helped me get my phone connected. Working with Telly was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. So much so that I went on to my community’s Facebook page as soon as I got home and recommended her to my all my friends and neighbors. Telly is the kind of professional one can only hope to find when it’s time for a new car. And guess what? My hope was realized with her!!! Thank you Telly! More
