Con Artists Originally charged me $4,200 over our agreed price. I did not realize this when I signed the papers because I expected them to have the common decency Originally charged me $4,200 over our agreed price. I did not realize this when I signed the papers because I expected them to have the common decency of honoring our agreement. Once I received the loan paperwork I realized the discrepancy and contacted the dealership. They fought tooth and nail and finally said they would figure out the difference and send me a check. I only received $1,700 back so I contacted them. The remaining $2,500 (my down payment) was not reimbursed. They tried skewing numbers and package deal agreements to try to show that their was only a $1,700 difference. I found the original signed agreement with the price we decided on. I brought it to the dealership (forgot to make myself a copy) and they took it and never refunded me. I sent them a letter with a breakdown of the numbers. Agreed on price + add on packages + taxes/fees - deposit to prove that their was still a $2,500 difference (basically my down payment was pocketed). I continued to fight them over this with no luck. Moral of the story: These guys have no morals and will cheat you out of your hard earned money and refuse to admit their scam. P.S: they have their salesman complete this review for you in exchange for "filling up your tank with gas." I refused to let the salesman complete my review since I wanted other potential customers to know the truth. More
