Excellent customer service. I came in to have some service work done on my 2016 Altima, and ended up buying a new Rogue. ( I kept the Altima). I bought a new Altima 2019 I went into the service area to get my 2015 Altima serviced and ended up buying a new 2019 Altima. Bad service. My truck had a "check engine" light that stayed on and an oil change on 10/18/2018 and the light went out after service; however! Ididn't receive an o My truck had a "check engine" light that stayed on and an oil change on 10/18/2018 and the light went out after service; however! Ididn't receive an oil change per T2444MG.. About a week later the light came back on. I wasn't able to take it to another shop until 12/4/2018. The other shop fixed my problem quickly by replacing control valve circuit and canister vent control valve. I can send pictures of both receipts if you need to see. More

David Edreich Phenomenal customer Service! I recently bought a beautiful Nissan Rogue! David and his team made the process so easy and smooth for me as it was my first time doing this by myself I recently bought a beautiful Nissan Rogue! David and his team made the process so easy and smooth for me as it was my first time doing this by myself! Not even 5 days later I brought my car into the shop because someone put a small mark on it at work.. they fixed it and gave me a rental car to use while I waited on it. His communication is also professional and prompt as I have contacted him a few times and receive an immediate answer! Again, wonderful customer service.. TOP notch! David’s employees are lucky to learn from him and have such a good role model there at Nissan! More
Expensive work recommended, not needed So sad. The service representative took my car late in the day for an assessment, which i appreciated. I had no a/c, and he had the mechanics evalua So sad. The service representative took my car late in the day for an assessment, which i appreciated. I had no a/c, and he had the mechanics evaluate, for about $125. They could find no problems, yet he/they came back with a recommendation (in writing no less) to remove my whole dash, and replace a couple "o" rings for $1600, despite no evidence there was a problem! Given the price, I thanked him, informed I was going to have to get a second opinion. At my second opinion service center, they also could find no problem, for about the same price, $130. They, however, for this same price, recharged my system, included a dye to observe any leaks, told me to return in about two weeks so they could track for any leaks. I did. There were none. It's been 7 months since my system was recharged , and still working great. And the assessment/repair cost me only $130. The Vaden Nissan lesson cost me about $125....even combined, cheaper than the $1600 they wanted to get from me to replace "o" rings. Will not ever trust this service departments competence. More
