"The Show Room floor changed my mind..."

I was looking into buying a 4 Runner for the wife. Mr.Jay Wade met me a done an excellent job giving me the details about the 4 runner.We decide to step inside to wait on my wife to meet me and it was also HOT that day.. Anyway when I stepped inside and seen the 2018 Camry setting on the show room floor I knew right then this what my wife would love to have. But she still insisted on test drive a 4 Runner...We came home in the Camry ..We love it..Mr.jay didn't not pressure is in anyway. I think he went way beyond to help us. Thanks Jay.. "Quality and Timely Purchase Experience"

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful; along with an environment which was very clean and inviting. Potentially most impressive was the respect of time and decision during the purchase process. The entire purchase and negotiation with David Gray at Vaden was expeditious and lasted a couple of hours - which I feel is very good. Vaden was one of several dealerships that I visited for my purchase and they were able to give the best price, by far. I confidently suggest anyone give these guys a chance to earn your business.

I drove in from out of state to purchase my 2017 Rav4 from Vaden. My family has been dealing with Wendell for years and the service and care is always above par. Alice was very knowledgeable and helpful with the paperwork and car specs. And Charles was very helpful with the paperwork and warranty/insurance information. I pre-selected the car with the features I wanted and they had it when I got there. I didn't want to spend all day at the dealership and they made the process easy and quick. They were able to get it within my price range and I couldn't be more please with the car. Couldn't ask for much more than a great car, price and family-oriented customer service.
