I had a very easy experience scheduling an appointment online and selecting a service package, front brake pads installed pspecial ($180). Arrived and quickly got settled and vehicle went back at 10 am. online and selecting a service package, front brake pads installed pspecial ($180). Arrived and quickly got settled and vehicle went back at 10 am. Sitting in waiting rooms at 11am, never saw my vehicle show on the tv status screen(nice thought if it was up to date) that it had started work, still pending assignment. I walked back to service advisor and was met to go see brakes status. Went to service area to show me status of rotors needing replacement, was quoted $260 additional parts, with no additional labor to my pad coupon. So total bill would be $ 440 plus taxes, etc. When vehicle was done, service associate said we were at $687 plus tax. When I questioned about my coupon and the quote in service bay, did not seem to know how to do the coupon or get the discrepancy resolved. I showed him the coupon on the website and sent to him via text(coupon showed on original order). He Left for approx 10 minutes to get help. Still not resolved. Offered if I pay bill, he will work on it and get me credit later if I was in a hurry. I refused. He then met with other employee and eventually the service manager and and after another delay of approx 10 minutes, came back and got the total to be $470.90 plus taxes and fees, said best he could do at this time. We are still $30.95 more than quoted price but he had no other options. I had been delayed now already 40 minutes since my truck was done trying to get the pricing resolved so I paid and left. Had I not had my wife stranded across the Tamiami, I would have ask to see dealership manager myself. Once I got home, still bothers me that I was overcharged for my service, not sure I will use this dealer again. I am a retire GM employee traveling from Michigan and I try to keep my service at GM dealers for all of my vehicles. Prices are competitive and I trust the dealers more. This experience makes me wonder. Hence, my rating above. More
