Jamie has been my service adviser for a few years now. I always know that when I call him for service, he will make my experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Even when I call with the silliest of requests (we all know that once you bring your car in, the problem you were having miraculously stops) Jamie takes each one seriously and has never once made me feel anything less than like his most important customer. Val Ward--you are lucky to have him! Thank you for all you've helped me with Jamie!! He has also introduced me to some wonderful people in the sales department which led to me trading in my 2022 Escalade for a 2025. Griffen Clark (sales) and Jose Villar (sales manager) have also provided the same amazing service. Because of my continued pleasant experiences from Val Ward, I will never by a car anywhere else! Don’t think I will be going back there. They are very slow in their service department. I waited over three hours to get my car back. And then they didn’t even find anything wrong with it. It was something with the GMC products they put on brakes. And then they charged me over $250 and they actually did nothing to my card. They just checked it out.. I think that’s a little ridiculous. Good service but insane charge for labor. Engine light on plus temperature gage not working. Told it was most likely my thermostat. I was told it’s not the old style thermostat but that what Engine light on plus temperature gage not working. Told it was most likely my thermostat. I was told it’s not the old style thermostat but that what I would need is a whole assembly which also contains a sensor. If had the do the repair it would run 1100-1300 but he didn’t recall the exact price. Told it would take an hour to hour to 1 1/2 hours to have it replaced. Not happy to incur the expense I mentioned that the assembly must be expensive cost about 800 or 900 dollars he acknowledged as yes it’s expensive. The total came to what the service consultant told me earlier and I had 20% or up to 200 discounts coupon so I didn’t bother to review the bill until I came home. As it turned out the part cost was $209 but labor was $985. This is totally insane since it took only about an hour to do the repair. I was in and out in an hour and a half which also included getting the car washed. I expected to pay a bit more at a dealer but this is gouging and insane. I expect good service at a fair price which is not the case with Val Ward. Will never take my vehicle there again. More
