Val Ward persomnnel were outstanding. My Cadillac was 'dead' in my garage and they came and towed it to the dealersihip. Dave Mckinney, technician, called for clarification on the issue. He called the next day and said that they did not find the issue and would keep working on it. Called today and said the issue was a bad celll in the new battery that they installed and that it had been replaced. They will deliver the car to my driveway since I am in Iowa for the summer. More
