Visit # 2 of 2017 I was ' automatically contacted ' about being due for my next service appointment, as it has been 8/9 months since I was there last. However, what the system didn't know was I've only put 1200 miles on my 2016 Cadillac since Feb 2017. Once there it was determined that the oil system wasn't re-set to 100% and that's why the system was calling for an appointment. No need for another oil change or tire rotation as that was done in Feb. Service group checked out a small oil drip with dye, washed my car and brought it back and I was in/out in 45 mins. I appreciated the openness and honesty. More
