Friendly Service As Usual There’s a reason I went with Toyota over purchasing other brands. Their service department is top notch compared to other places I’ve been in town. Great service Brought my two week old Prius prime into service for a charging problem! I called Toyota and they had no idea what the problem was except to tell me i Brought my two week old Prius prime into service for a charging problem! I called Toyota and they had no idea what the problem was except to tell me it was the wall plug I was using at home! I arrived and talked with DJ who was very professional! He took a look at the computer on the dic and discovered that the charging system was programmed to 8A charging instead of the Max charging! This has lowered my charging time from 8hrs to the advertised 5.5 hrs for 25 miles of electric power! Thanks DJ worth the 70 miles one for service. More
