AWESOME Service! When I pulled up to the Service Department at Toyota Valdosta/Scion, William immediately came out to greet me and to register my service needs. The When I pulled up to the Service Department at Toyota Valdosta/Scion, William immediately came out to greet me and to register my service needs. Then when I walked into the Service Department, I was again greeted by other staff members. William, upon my request, checked electronic records to see what services had been recommended earlier. Once William gave me an estimate for an oil change, transmission flush, and a fuel injection cleaning, he then checked with a senior manager, Joshua Tuck, who answered all of my questions and assurred me that all my requested services would be taken care of in a timely, yet efficient manner. A few hours later, Although the price of parts and labor was quite expensive, I picked up my vehicle and was pleased with the 10% discount, great service, and a friendly, caring staff. I left the dealership feeling quite blessed! More

Oil change and tire rotation in 35 min I had an appointment at 3:45 for oil change. They also rotated tires and I was back in my car at 4:20! Service Center Woes Took car in for routine maintenance as always and they really went overboard with recommendations for needed repair.
