However, we hope that you understand that we were simply providing you with the professional diagnoses of our Service Technicians based on their multi-point investigation. Openly providing you with accurate and ethical information was our only objective, and it appears that we achieved this goal. I am sure that some of these recommendations were more urgent than others, but hopefully William provided the nuances of each piece of information as well. Since you did not make any mention of these recommendations being presented in a pushy or unprofessional way, we feel as if we provided you the appropriate service in the appropriate manner: we conducted your routine repairs and kindly alerted you to current or imminent hazards to your vehicle.
