I believe the mechanical service I was delivered for my car is good. However, not being a mechanic myself, it’s difficult to tell. However overall, the general environment of the dealership is quite haughty. Almost as if I wasn’t “good enough” to be there. In addition, the prices of labor and parts are astronomically high for no apparent reason other than that it’s BMW. The service agent who assisted me even said that he would have to try and convince a service technician to work on my car because it was a 2015 model and the mechanical issue was a difficult one. I am happy with the dealer service. But BMW roadside service is the worst. They put me on hold for all day long and didn't return the call. They couldn't solve the problem. on the afternoon of New Year's Eve, I had a tire warning on the freeway. The tires are runflat, so I could drive to the dealer. It was 1:15 and service was closing at 2. I made my appointment online which was extremely easy. Cole ended up being my service rep. It was a simple oil change, but Cole took the time to take care of me to the point that he even assisted me ins Cole ended up being my service rep.
