I WILL NOT remove the complaint. I spoke with Sonny and Mark, they spoke with myself and my husband several times along with dealing with VW directly, BEFORE I wrote this. Everyone seems to wants us to be satisfied BUT will not provide any resolution, only finger pointing. I will now have to pay for new tires, out of pocket. As your dealership told me that they make no profit on tires so I should deal with Town Fair Tire directly. It seems that you are more concerned with a good review VS. customer service. When we purchased the car they did not reduce the sticker price one dime. I am so disappointed with VW and your dealership because the problem with the tires was a "known" issue according to Mark and Sonny, yet no one informed us of this when we purchased the car. And I am in the process of completing my VW survey, well I guess you know how that will turn out. If you want it removed then fix the problem. Have a great day!
