Lied to by service Manager Took my wife's vehicle in for strut bushings because there was grinding when she turned the wheel. When we got it back the front tire shook so bad I thought the tire was going to fall off. They claimed it was a tire balance issue. I took it back to the place we bought the tires who said it was in the drive train. We then brought it to a third garage for an independent evaluation and they stated it was the bearings in the axle. I spoke with a friend of mine who is service manager of a Ford dealership in Arizona who told me that when they did the strut bushings they probably damaged the axle bearings. I took it back to Valenti Ford where Laura continued to argue with me saying it was tires. I took their service guy for a ride and he then told Laura that it was an axle. She started yelling at the service guy asking why they didn't say that before. I just stated to her I was not upset but the vehicle was not like this when I brought it in I wanted it fixed. They never called me for a week I finally called them and they stated they were waiting for a new axle. At this point I thought they were fixing it for free because they damaged it. When I called to find out when I could pick it up the following week Laura stated that she was working up a bill for me. I then stated that I did not approve of any work there was no cost discussed with me . At this point Laura in a smug voice stated "We can put the old axle on for you if you like." I asked to speak with Rob Valenti and was denied and told to speak with Hugh (who is the husband of Laura) We argued about the repairs and he finally relented and stated very angrily that they would absorb the cost. When I went to retrieve the vehicle he took me on the service floor with anger pointing to the axle stating that I didn't know what I was talking about and neither did the other 3 garages I spoke with. I sent a letter to Rob Valenti who responded with in a couple hours personally phoning me at home and apologizing. Unfortunately with what transpired after nearly 40 years of dealing with this business I have lost my trust in them and could not deal with Ford service again. It was a nightmare for me. It is a shame that the service department couldn't admit their mistake and just fix the problem. I would have been willing to pay part of the cost due to normal wear if they had been reasonable. Rob Valenti is a very nice person but I certainly would not deal with Ford Service in that facility. I also find it problematic that a husband and wife team run the service department, they will always back each other. More
Disgusting and poor quality of dealership Made a appointment on May 31st with Amed to see a 2018 Toyota Avalon Touring when we got there the car was already on the air conditioner was also, go Made a appointment on May 31st with Amed to see a 2018 Toyota Avalon Touring when we got there the car was already on the air conditioner was also, got inside the car the car reaked with a real bad odor, smelled horrible dog hair all over the place smells like something died in that car. Some of the paint in the back was scratch off and the back camera was broken. I was disappointed I expected a much higher level of service from this dealership. I wasted my precious time and gas going up there I will be informing my friends and family about this experience. Also there's no way they can ever make that car ever smell good again I cannot believe this dealership had this car for a while and allowed me as a customer to see that car like that I rate them zero (0) More
Great Car Buying Experience I hadn't needed to go to a dealership in a long time to buy a car and being a female am not afraid to say ,I was scared to death. The salesperson was so helpful,kind and understanding and listened to my every need in a vehicle. He made me feel so very much at eased and explained every step as we went along on this car buying journey . Between their Salesperson and Business Manager (who explained everything to me) they both enhanced my car buying experience. I would also like to add even the staff who was not involved in my purchase were always very friendly. I would and already have recommend Valenti's Auto Mall to purchase an auto from. More

Techs are thiefs and slobs I agree with Skydee and others who found service department to be poorly run and terrible service. I had a feeling mechanics were stealing from my car so I put them to the test and they confirmed it. After my visit, I checked all the things in my glove box I had confirmed to be there and things were gone. Hugh got defensive and claimed his tech would not do that. Called Bob Valenti who stated he had not had issues like that in years, even though I saw recent reviews making the same claims - poor ownership and lousy management. More

I did some comparison shopping with another Ford dealership in the area which resulted in a more typical, and dreaded experience. I was eager to return back to Valenti/Village Ford where I purchased my car. More

Awesomeness over and over again My family has been buying cars from the Valenti family for years and I have nothing but great service from the family. Grant it I have only deal with Bob Valenti or Joel Valenti, but both gentleman have taken care of not only me but the rest of my family. I have bought a 2012 Explorer and a 2016 F-150 from them and they were/are both great vehicles. If/when I every buy another vehicle it will be from the Valenti family. Great service, great family.
