Recent disappointing experience I had a 2016 Enclave coning off lease. Wanted to buy or lease a 2019 Enclave. Apparently GM was not interested in making any sort of deal with me so i I had a 2016 Enclave coning off lease. Wanted to buy or lease a 2019 Enclave. Apparently GM was not interested in making any sort of deal with me so i could actually buy the car with a reasonable payment. This has never happened to me in all the tears I have been buying from Valley ( 20-25 years) i ended up buying the 2016 coming off lease. Very disappointing behavior by GM. More

Unschedule Service My car started acting up on Sunday morning when the shop was not open. I knew I needed to get it in and had no way to contact them but didn't want to My car started acting up on Sunday morning when the shop was not open. I knew I needed to get it in and had no way to contact them but didn't want to wait until Monday. I know they are usually very busy so I drove it down there, left my keys along with a note of what the issue was in the drop box. I figured they would need to have my car for a few days. When I called at 8:00 a.m. and spoke to Jim he said they already had it scheduled for that day and he would give me a call when they looked at it. He then called back and they took care of the issue along with a couple other items that needed to be addressed. I was so surprised that they were able to get to it right away and so appreciative. excellent customer care When bringing my vehicle in for AC service I had my granddaughter along.
