The friendliness stands out and their willingness to take care to help in what you ask. The service was great. I had one important issue. I booked my service through my GMC app and received confirmation via the app for the Apple Valley GMC service center, ho I had one important issue. I booked my service through my GMC app and received confirmation via the app for the Apple Valley GMC service center, however when I got to the service center there was not any record for my appointment. I was able to leave my vehicle and got the necessary service performed. The follow up was great. You should look to fix this as I was hoping to wait for my truck. Thank you! Bob More

Once the part was received it was installed the same nationwide backorder, Valley Buick GMC did a great job getting me what I needed in the interim.
