They had new brakes front and back completed in a few short hours and at a MUCH lower cost than I had anticipated. GREAT customer service. They care about their customers. We had MAJOR issues with a truck that we had just purchased 15 months ago. After GM wouldn't do anything for us, Brett stepped up big time to help! He We had MAJOR issues with a truck that we had just purchased 15 months ago. After GM wouldn't do anything for us, Brett stepped up big time to help! He worked with us to find another truck that worked for us and with no money out of our pocket. He took the time to understand the situation and what we wanted to satisfy our needs. He had all of the test drives organized, with details about each vehicle, and had the vehicles ready when we arrived for test drives. Once we decided on a truck (it came from their Hastings dealership) he ran it through his inspection process and had it detailed by the detailer they use in Apple Valley to make sure everything was done right. When we signed the paperwork Joel was very friendly and did a great job explaining everything to us. The transaction was handled very smoothly and efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend Valley GMC - they go above and beyond to ensure that they understand their customers concerns/needs and that they are treated respectfully and honestly. More
