The service advisor couldn’t find me on the appointment list so ended up with him. I would avoid him going back. I wasn’t pleased that the work hours wasn’t on time he invoice and was given a long story list so ended up with him. I would avoid him going back. On my recent Oil Change and Lub,, Scott reviewed my oil usage with one of the Valley Buick Techs. He offered major engine work believed to rectify the usage issue with an estimate of the cost. At last ye usage with one of the Valley Buick Techs. He offered major engine work believed to rectify the usage issue with an estimate of the cost. At last years review of the problem, I changed my 5,000 mi between changes to my current 4,000 miles. The mileage is now at 94,000 and the oil usage is thought to be due to piston & ring "blow bye" . I've decided to keep a better record of oil usage before making a $5000 decision. More
