Oil. Change - oil filter leaked oil, no urgency to fix the p Approximately a month and a half ago I had a oil change at your garage A short time later I noticed my car was leaking oil. My car never leaked oil. Approximately a month and a half ago I had a oil change at your garage A short time later I noticed my car was leaking oil. My car never leaked oil. I called your service dept to get an appointment to look at where the oil was leaking from. I told a service employee my car began leaking oil after a oil change at their garage. I was told they couldn't look at my car for a week. Monday I brought my car back to your garage to check out the leak. The oil filter gasket was leaking. No one in the service department talked to me about this problem which could have destroyed my engine. The lady at the billing desk told me my car was done and she gave me a no charge invoice with a statement that the gasket on the oil filter was leaking and it should have been replaced at the time the oil was changed. I don't want to make a big deal about this problem-just doing your review. All the employees I have worked with have all been very nice and friendly. More
