I was unbelievably disappointed when I went to pay for my oil change to find out I was charged $199 for minimal labor needed to be told I needed to get my wiper motor replaced and that is why my wipers were oil change to find out I was charged $199 for minimal labor needed to be told I needed to get my wiper motor replaced and that is why my wipers were not working. I was then quoted $545 to get this fixed (on TOP of the $199 I was already charged!). I called 3 different places and each quoted me around $350 parts and labor for this work. I just got the work done at another shop that quoted me and the final total was $370. Quite a big difference from the 744 (199 and 545) I would have paid at Valley! We have been loyal Valley customers for quite a long time, but after this experience will be shopping around. It is clear you are over charging customers! More

After taking my truck to a different dealer and telling me there was nothing wrong with it valley Buick was able to find me a new transmission.
