So about 3 plus weeks ago I took it in because my XM radio and my on-star were not working. They fixed my radio that day, and said they needed to order parts for the onstar fix. When I say onstar doesn't work I mean, my GPS maps, my phone app to start car doesn't work. So parts come in, they work on it,tell me it's done. I start up car, hit the Google maps, and just like before it has my location about 10 miles away. I drive it back into service, they tell me I never mentioned GPS not working. They say onstar has many uses. They have had for 4 plus days. They gave me a loaner, but I think they should have seen on that very large dash screen that GPS was not working. More
I had made my first maintenance appointment several weeks ago. When I arrived at my scheduled time, there was no appointment on the books. Kasey was very nice and said she would squeeze me in, but couldn't g ago. When I arrived at my scheduled time, there was no appointment on the books. I have always had my service done at Walser and they always sent me confirmation email reminders of my appointments. I will now verify that my appointment is confirmed before coming. My car was brought in for a turbo charge issue. While there a new issue was found that cost several thousand. After it was fixed it had to be brought back within a week and towed there. To this day has a starter issue with no concern by the dealer and interest in helping get to the bottom of it because it is inconsistent and didn't happen while there. Check engine light keeps turning on and off. The issue didn't start till the day I brought it home from the dealer. Very disappointed and will not be back. More
