Original appointment was set up for an alignment and reports of vibration in the front . Replace some valve thing drove away, and the alignment wasn't done and it's still vibrates. Half-xxx work performed, poor communication, what I was told verbally about work done was not stated on invoice. I've had issues with this dealer in the past on used trucks. Bought a new 2026 truck that ne told verbally about work done was not stated on invoice. I've had issues with this dealer in the past on used trucks. Bought a new 2026 truck that needed to be looked at so figured I'd give 1 more chance. Regret it and was a waste of time. Still has the same issues/concerns. Done with this place. More
