Great service department, poor quality of mechanic work. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and for some reason a recall was done on the tailgate switch that I didn't ask for or was not told about. That's fine I guess, but when I picked up the truck the wire for the switch was pinched in the tailgate and was handing from underneath the handle. When I asked the service rep why it was this way, I was told that accidents happen and I need to stop by another day to address it. So what happened is that the technician, put a new tailgate switch, slapped it in place, pinched the wire and called it a day. I don't understand what kind of a person it takes to leave this wire hanging like that when it takes 2 minutes to tuck it un under that handle. Instead - I have to spend more time coming back to the dealership to wait for this to be addressed... Talk about customer service quality and attention to details :) On another occasion the same department overfilled DEF and simply left the whole side of the truck in white DEF residue. It takes a minute to just spray it off with a hose... Instead, it was left like that and I had to wash off the crystalized nasty residue all over the side of the truck myself after I received the truck back... Again, I could understand if those things were not something that was noticed right away, but when it's bluntly just ignored, I can not ignore this either. More

I did a review already - my last service went fine. A leaking tire was overlooked and has now been resolved. Just one extra trip to service that should not have had to happen. Had an appointment for an oil change that took 4 hours from 10:00am to 2:00pm and they told me I have a coolant leaking and I must top off the antifreeze.
