First time at Valley GMC, and definitely not the last. Communication was excellent, entire process was very easy, and my truck was ready when they said it would be. I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change and was out the door one hour and 10 minutes after arriving. This was much better than the week prior when i had an appointment to drop my truck off and was out the door one hour and 10 minutes after arriving. This was much better than the week prior when i had an appointment to drop my truck off at 10:30 am for a tire rotation. Not hearing anything all day regarding the status of the truck, I called at 4:00 pm and was told they didn’t get to it and they would have to keep it would have overnight, which wasn’t acceptable. I did talk with the service manager Randy regarding this issue. He explained what happened and that he was working to resolve it. He was honest and forthcoming which I appreciate. More

I purchased my car here and always have serviced it here. I am uncertain if I will continue. 2 times ago, my report said tires were rated in yellow. 1 time ago, the were green. How is this possible? Due to conflicting schedules, I went elsewhere for my tires. Last week I brought it in for a oil change. No inspection report was run. When I asked for it, the service person said the person who changed my oil was normally the "engine person" so she did not run a report, but he was positive she did it and everything was good. Personally, this report is important documentation for me. Previously, it has not been run due to "printer issues." It should be automatically run if the inspection is done. More
