Service is great and employees have always been outstanding but the time it takes to get a oild change done seems pretty long. When having a appointment I feel 1.5-2.5 hour to get a oil change comp outstanding but the time it takes to get a oild change done seems pretty long. When having a appointment I feel 1.5-2.5 hour to get a oil change completed seems obsessive. Since I don't live or work in Apple Valley I can no longer sit there for that time. Again service has always been great though. More

Regardless of the time you set for an appointment, plan on dropping the car off and getting the next day with little explanation of what needs to be done other than a price list and high labor cost.
