Scott Soller is difficult to work with and unprofessional. He was dismissive on my initial appointment call, and argumentative on the service update call. He became upset when I asked several unprofessional. He was dismissive on my initial appointment call, and argumentative on the service update call. He became upset when I asked several questions about the vehicle and said it was my fault because I was asking questions. The service advisor role should be held by someone who enjoys talking to people and helping them with any questions or concerns they may have. This is not Scott Soller! More
