Dealer damaged my vehicle. Thankfully video on vehicle drop off showed Valley Buick GMC caused the damage. We were disappointed that we couldn't agree on how the dealer would r Thankfully video on vehicle drop off showed Valley Buick GMC caused the damage. We were disappointed that we couldn't agree on how the dealer would repair the vehicle. This caused a huge inconvenience and customer dissatisfaction. As a result, I cannot recommend Valley Buick GMC to anyone. More

They were very helpful and immediately took a look at my vehicles problem. They immediately determined the issue and were able to resolve it quickly. I was able to cancel my ride from there shop and leave w vehicles problem. They immediately determined the issue and were able to resolve it quickly. Had to go back next day due to my hood dinging saying it’s open. Hood was not loose before oil change. When got there they also said I had a leak & nothing was said day before, then they said maybe they it’s open. Hood was not loose before oil change. When got there they also said I had a leak & nothing was said day before, then they said maybe they didn’t clean up after oil change. Once I was home I looked and they cleaned it up where they said it’s leaking it hasn’t leaked so must’ve been there mess. They said person didn’t fill windshield wiper fluid up either. We won’t be back don’t care for people not doing there job correctly and other staff blaming coworkers. More
