My husband wanted to go to Falls Motor City, although we live in Columbus, OH. I was very skepticle and did not want to go that far to be let down, lied to, or messed over. This guy made us feel welcome from the start with his golden star personality. After a few minutes we both knew this was the real deal. My husband had picked out the truck he wanted and when we arrived, it was waiting at the doorway. I waited and waited for the catch, and did not believe we were going to leave in that truck. Jerome kept reassuring me that we were going to drive off the lot with it, low and behold "we did." I will be referring everyone I know who's looking for great quality customer service, a nice "AFFORDABLE" vehicle, to Fall Motor City, and I will definitely recommend them to ask for Jerome. Also, everyone we came in contact with were very nice to us. Falls Motor City gets and A+ from the us. More

After my parents had worked with Falls Dodge in the past and I was in the market to buy a vechicle, Falls was my first stop. I was looking at a different, older vechicle I had found on the website, however and I was in the market to buy a vechicle, Falls was my first stop. I was looking at a different, older vechicle I had found on the website, however, that one was sold by the time I got a day off to make it to the dealership. Scott sat down with me and took into account all the things I was looking for. He showed me a 06 Grand Cherokee and I fell in love with it! The next day I returned to the dealership to have some service done on the Jeep and Scott sat out in the waiting area with my mom and I for a hour talking about anything under the sun. He was so helpful and easy going. He made my first car buying experience wonderful! He even gave me camo hats because he knew I loved camo! More

I went to get some work done on my 2001 Dodge Ram truck. I went to get some work done on my 2001 Dodge Ram truck. It was pretty beat up from years of hard work and I had been casually looking for a smaller I went to get some work done on my 2001 Dodge Ram truck. It was pretty beat up from years of hard work and I had been casually looking for a smaller truck to replace it. While waiting for my wife to come pick me up Scott Jacobs introduced himself while I was browsing the show room. I ended up out in the lot when I spotted a used Dakota that I really liked. Scott was in a sales meeting but left instead of making me wait till the meeting was over. While meetings are important, it was nice to know I was more important. After the sale Scott helped me clean out my truck, helped me to get the gull wing tool box off, even gave me bags to put all my stuff in. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase, but a special thanks to Scott for all his help. More

Josh had the Saturn ready and waiting right up by the show room. It was a typical winter day, so that worked out really great.
