Best car buying experience ever! My Lexus was stolen and with no theft insurance I was left with a total loss and forced to go car shopping which I don't particularly enjoy. The process can be long, tedious, full of games, and draining. That was NOT the experience I had with Valley Hi Honda. I was referred to the dealership through a friend. Tom, the manager took excellent care of me. I told him what I wanted and he immediately gave me financing options. He went over all the details with me and patiently answered all my questions. He was professional, nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. Once I decided on how to finance my new vehicle i told Tom I was for sure going to get the car it was just a matter of me finding a ride from Dana Point to Victorville... That's when he offered to have the car delivered to me!!! That immediately brought a smile to my face and helped a lot seeing as I had no car and lived quite a ways away. Salesmen, Rafat and Ray drove 2hrs in traffic to deliver my car. My car arrived detailed, in mint condition. They went over all the safety features, and tech options with me so I knew the car well before they left. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fun! I am absolutely blown away with how excellent the service was from start to finish. This experience has changed my view in what car shopping/purchasing can be. Thank you valley hi Honda! More
