Excellent no pressure experience This was the first car we had purchased in 10 years so we were a little nervous going in to the dealer but we were immediately put at ease. Service experience We have been longtime customers of Valley Hi Honda. Our cars - we own 3 Hondas currently - are always serviced at this dealership. Mostly it's only We have been longtime customers of Valley Hi Honda. Our cars - we own 3 Hondas currently - are always serviced at this dealership. Mostly it's only for oil changes, since newer Hondas are well built and don't need other repairs. One small complaint is the lack of the previously 30-minute time available for that service. Nowadays it takes closer to an hour and a half for this. It would be appreciated if more service people could be used to shorten the wait time. More
