Friday in the Valley I brought my car in to have the oil and transmission fluid changed. i was assisted by Ben via phone and came and asked for him. He originally assisted me but then became very busy and forgot to assist me with locating my car so i could gather belongings from inside of car before car was repaired. Luckily Jess Newman was available and possesed situational awareness, he was prompt in assisting me. I also spoke with Gilbert whom took the time to speak with me regarding my vehicle. Bought 2014 Honda accord I had the best customer service ever, first of all I had appointment to go look at cars at Nelson Honda in El Monte, but this sales person that attend I had the best customer service ever, first of all I had appointment to go look at cars at Nelson Honda in El Monte, but this sales person that attended us his name was David Roberts but Nick name was Cowboy, he was very awesome person, great personality, hilarious, showed us a few Hondas, and the cars where very nice, but the payments where high, stood there 10 hours my husband wasn't there, so we had to wait till he came out of work, mean while it was labor day & they where extremely busy with customer, he told me he had to attend other customers, but he was going to leave me with someone to help me which was Carlos Macias young men, but new everything about cars, stood with me attended me ask me if there was any questions I wanted to know, very nice guy great personality good customer service provided us with drinks , & stood with us at all times that's what I call good customer service, and was very good with all information about Hondas, then we had the team leader Eric Castro nice guy introduce himself said he was gonna do everything to help me get my Honda, I was very impress with there services, he worked in trying to get me the lowest price they could & they did all excellent in there outstanding work, they are all hard workers, I got my car and I was glowing that day made it happen for us, would recommend them all, hope they all get awarded for there best service, appreciated every single one, but Cowboy thank you so much your awesome, had pleasure meeting all of you, Carlos Macias keep up the good work your awesome, Eric Castro your a great team leader I admire all the hard work you put in this sales Thank you all for making it happen for us. My wife and children recently ran into some mechanical probalems with our Honda Van on the way from Las Vegas to California. Valley Hi was the nearest dealership to help us correct our problems. To help my wife get on the road and finish her trip in a timely fashion, they provided here with a rental car as soon as possible. Why the vehicle was being serviced, we recieved daily, sometimes twice a day phone call updatin us with the status of the vehicle, and when we could expect the vehcile to be completed. These guys were awesome! In the end - as incovenient as the experience was, this dealership went way above and beyond to help address our needs. We would recommend this dealer to anyone with full confidence. More

We came all the way from San Diego in order to shop at this dealership. We saw what we were looking for advertised online at very good prices. Customer service depended on who you got, and the actual buying process dragged out longer than it had to, but we felt like the salesman really was on our side while working out the details of the deal, and didn't feel like the mangers were trying to squeeze us either. The salesman even drove 15 min each way to fetch our trade in car, at midnight, because that's how long the deal took (to be fair we started at 9). He went out of his way for us. I'd absolutely recommend this dealership for price and for honesty. More

This is the worst place ever to take your vehicle. I took my Honda Accord in and found out I needed a new transmission. My vehicle is covered under warranty, however the service department wants to charge me my Honda Accord in and found out I needed a new transmission. My vehicle is covered under warranty, however the service department wants to charge me labor besides the cost of my deductible. I had to call my warranty and they stated to me that they are trying to pry money out of me and that I was only obligated to pay my deductible. This place is nothing but a rip off. Its worth the trip to drive down the hill for service. I do not recommend this place at ALL!!!! More

I am so happy that I am the first review of Valley-Hi here. They are awesome! Although I got lower quote from other dealership than them, but while I go to check the review of those dealerships, several here. They are awesome! Although I got lower quote from other dealership than them, but while I go to check the review of those dealerships, several reviews said that they just give a lower price in the email and will add much more other fee on top of that price and push you to accept their higher price. I choose Valley-Hi Honda because Paul is very nice and honest in his email. While I do my research, I found that his price is very nice and reasonable. I try to clear everything with him through the email and he always answer all my questions in detail and never hide anything. It took us less than two hours to drive our Honda Pilot out of their lot! Its a very great experience. I will recommand all my friend who want to buy honda to go to Valley-Hi Honda. They are very professional, honest and friendly. Paul Olson, Aaron Berg, and Paul Miller help us during the time and everything goes very smooth. I never thought that our car buying experience would be that happy!
