Trade in experience I went in wanting to know about the trade in program. I was having my car serviced and after receiving my diagnostics test I realize I could not affor I went in wanting to know about the trade in program. I was having my car serviced and after receiving my diagnostics test I realize I could not afford to have it fixed. Therefore, I inquired about the trade in program and both sales people helping me were very attentive. Cynthia my sales girl asked me what I wanted and why I was doing the trade in. After realizing the car I had in service had sentimental value she was very sensitive to my situation and let me chose my next purchase without influencing my decision. She catered to my needs.
