Valley Hi Nissan goes the extra mile for you! We ended up at Valley Hi Nissan at closing time when our transmission died on us en route to Vegas. We stopped in for mechanical help, but the service garage had closed for the night. luis, Julio and the sales team there spent the next few hours, staying WAY after closing, helping us figure out what our options were. We were stranded far from home and far from our destination, and it was getting later and later. After weighing all of our options, we decided to see if our dead car could be used as a trade in for a safer, newer car. The sales team was super helpful and patient. We looked into several options and decided to purchase. They figured out a deal that worked for us. We were back on the road and made it Vegas safely that night in a beautiful, safe, worry-free newer car. The experience was awesome. Several days later, Mario from financing called and let us know that he had done some additional investigating, and found us an even better deal with a lower APR that would save us a large sum monthly. Mario really didn't have to do that...but I truly appreciate that he did. He and the team there all worked so hard for us. They took what was a scary, hard-luck busted car moment, and turned it into a good memory. Thank you Mario and the sales staff at Valley Hi Nissan for going the extra mile for me and my family! More

Great customer service! We live in Vegas, but found the car we wanted, 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limted at this dealership online. I called the sales manager early in the morning We live in Vegas, but found the car we wanted, 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limted at this dealership online. I called the sales manager early in the morning and explained that if I was going to make the two hour drive to Victorville I would want the car pulled off the lot until I got there. He told me no problem and had a sales rep, James pull it out back. James then called me to confirm it was off the lot and I asked him to inspect the car for me. I requested detailed cell phone pics of several areas of the car and James was more then happy to send them to me, answer all my questions, and give and honest and fair assessment on several small scratches the (used) car had. I wanted this info before committing to the drive. When we arrived we found the car detail washed, gas tank completely full of gas, and James waiting for us. Very smooth transaction and James did a stellar job for us. More
