Just got xxxxed They screwed up on contract. Told us we had to re do contract. We got there and we were going to redo contract and found out they were screwing us as They screwed up on contract. Never get the issues resolved We bought our 2013 Sentra and Altima brand new. We have had nothing but problems since we bought them. We took it to Valley Hi for service and they al We bought our 2013 Sentra and Altima brand new. We have had nothing but problems since we bought them. We took it to Valley Hi for service and they always make comments because we bought it at another Nissan dealer. We have the maintenance package/warranty. Everytime we take it in they want to charge us for oil changes or any other issue we have. Mind you oil changes are in the maintenance package. The transmission went out already 3 times in both cars. The brake systen replaced and batteries changed 2 times in less then 1 year. The altima has less then 40k and the Sentra less then 35k. Still covered under the maintenance plan and warranty. Before looking up the maintenance package on the car the start charging you for everything. We have to tell them all the time we have it covered. Then they say it is expired. This last time the Sentra was in the dealer they replaced the transmission. We requested our service records from Mary F and she refused to give us the copies. Mary F has a bad attitude. We took the car back because it was running bad and we asked them why do they keep telling us nothing is wrong with the car when it has no power and the transmission is still not working right. We ended up asking them if they were waiting for our warranty to expire so they could charge us to fix the problem. The service person Allan said "maybe". We ended up taking it to Palm Springs Nissan since we purchased the car there and since the transmission was still bad and we were told that Valley Hi did not reprogram the computer in the car after the new transmission was put in making the car run bad. After thinking it over we ended up trading the car in at Palm Springs Nissan for a Altima. They were very helpful. I would never recommend Valley Hi. Go elsewhere if possible. The service department is not helpful at all. Drive further. You will regret it if you go to Valley Hi. More
